Here we are in our warm and welcoming kitchen, where you can learn “hands-on” and “from the scratch” traditional Italian recipes, using seasonal and local products.
You can choose different classes:
TRADITIONAL MEAL CLASS
- Handmade gnocchi Sorrento Style;
- Meatballs Napoli style or eggplant parmigiana for vegetarians
- Tiramisù (coffee or chocolate flavour).
PASTA CLASS
- Handmade fettuccine with the red sauce;
- Handmade ravioli with white sauce lemon flavour;
- Cannelloni Napoli style.
PIZZA CLASS
- Homemade Neapolitan Pizza from the scratch, prepared using electric oven and dressed using typical and seasonal toppings.
At the end of the experience, you will receive Nonna Flora’s kitchen apron, the notebook with the recipes prepared and a small photographic report of the day in digital format.
