Here we are in our warm and welcoming kitchen, where you can learn “hands-on” and “from the scratch” traditional Italian recipes, using seasonal and local products.
You can choose different classes:
- VEGETARIAN CLASS – 3 courses meal: handmade fresh pasta with a vegetarian sauce, second course with seasonal vegetables and dessert;
- MEAT CLASS – 3 courses meal: handmade fresh pasta with a meat sauce, traditional Italian meat dish and dessert; – FISH CLASS – 3 courses meal: handmade pasta with flavours of the sea, second course with the catch of the day and dessert; – FRESH PASTA CLASS – prepare from the scratch 3 different shapes of handmade pasta with easy-to-follow recipes to take home: handmade fettuccine, handmade ravioli, handmade cannelloni;
- MAX CLASS – prepare from scratch 3 different daily recipes using dry pasta and learn how to prepare, step by step, the most famous Italian sauces.
